At Decathlon, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your sports gear, which is why we offer a flexible return policy for up to 365 days for members. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our goal is to get you back to your favorite sport as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Decathlon account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unused items with original tags into the shipping box and include the printed return slip or digital QR code.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or bring it directly to your nearest Decathlon store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
