The technology of our menstrual briefs is based on a combination of three innovative, absorbent materials. The first is a draining layer to reduce the feeling of moisture, the second is an absorbent layer, and finally, the last layer is waterproof to prevent leaks.

What is their absorption capacity?

Our period briefs have an absorption capacity equivalent to three standard tampons or pads. They are perfect for wearing on days when your flow is heavy:often the 2nd or 3rd day of your cycle.

How to preserve and wash your menstrual briefs

To ensure the durability of these briefs, we recommend pre-washing with cold, clear water before machine washing at 30°C on a gentle cycle and air drying.

These stretch menstrual briefs allow you to exercise with confidence while feeling protected from any risks of leaks, for training with peace of mind.
