The emergency whistle and water bladder are compulsory for trail running. So, to make preparation easier, they are already included in your 8L trail running bag!The 110-decibel emergency whistle is in the front breast pocket (right-hand side), always within easy reach.A 1L water bladder (included) will provide you with two hours of battery life between feeding stations (it is advisable to drink 500 ml/hour)

Our design team developed a practical bag for you to take on your trail runs:- Available in one size, it can be adjusted to fit you with its adjustment straps for chest sizes from 81 to 113 cm.With room for - At the front:2 x 250 ml water bladders (not incl.), your smartphone (secure pocket) and nutrition.- At the back:your 1L water bladder (included), your wind breaker, a jacket, your ID and keys (in a secure pocket)
A bag with a modern design, a "Minimal Waste Design", practical and easy to use, enabling you to take your equipment to your training sessions and/or races up to 60 km.
Stability
This bag is held in place with 2 chest straps and 2 side straps.
Multiple compartments
10 pockets: 6 at the front including a zipped pocket and 4 at the back.
